Established in November 2015, the Global Partnership between the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Hogan is renewed, and it makes Hogan the Federation leading assessment provider.
Thanks to this Partnership, ICF members are entitled to a 20% discount upon signing up and can apply for 13 CCE credits after attending one of the workshops organized by Awair.
Over the 2-day workshop, participant learn how to interpret and apply Hogan’s three core personality-based assessments: Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI). The program is designed for talent management and organizational development specialists, HR generalists, HR consultants, coaches and psychologists.
