Awair and 3 Minute Mile merge to offer more services to a larger market, now covering Italy, France, Spain and the UK
Milan, Paris, Barcelona, London – May 2019. Awair and 3 Minute Mile are two dynamic HR consulting boutiques headquartered in Italy and in the UK, respectively. Today, we are excited to announce our merger: we are now operating as one single company, although maintaining two distinct brands.
Our complementary competences aim to optimise people’s impact at work: our joint consulting teams offer a diverse range of multi-cultural, leading, proven skills. Our international experience is qualified by several years supporting Fortune 500 corporations, public sector entities, governments, third sector organisations, as well as SMEs. We share a passion for, and a like-minded approach to talent management and people development.
AWAIR was founded in 2012 in Milan and specializes in leadership assessment, development, and change management. Built on a strong international vocation, offices were soon opened in France and Spain, with partners and consultants working out of Paris and Barcelona to serve a growing pool of mid- to large-sized multinational clients.
3 MINUTE MILE is a fast growing, London-based consultancy. Registered in 2006, it works with organisations, including some of the largest globally, to help them achieve peak performance through agility and effective leadership. 3 Minute Mile interventions develop strategic self-awareness, generating healthy and productive interactions between people, which deliver exceptional outcomes.
